Who else could I be talking about, other than our good friend and correspondent Hiro@USA. Hiro recently started a blog on Ameblo dedicated to SDN48. Here is the link, check it out!

Since Hiro has been to most of the SDN shows, he has become somewhat of an expert on the group. And since that will be Meetan’s permanent team in a few short weeks, I plan on being an expert too. Although Hiro has determined that I am not allowed to declare them my favorite team until I see them live at least once. Good thing I am heading to Akihabara in 5 weeks. Now I just need to win a ticket!

Yes, the lovely Meetan will be turning another year older next week. I have already sent her a gift, and the post office promises it will arrive at the AKB48 Theater by Monday. So hopefully the theater management will be kind and get it to her on time.
I should have given a little more notice, but Rui at Stage48.net is running a Meetan Birthday Project, where you can send a message (and even a pic!) to Meetan to celebrate her special day. I am really happy to see someone doing blog translations for the AKB48 girls’ personal sites. The site is called “AKB48, Their Diary”. It is run by Arsencoffee. And of course, one of the bloggers he is covering is our lovely Meetan! It turns out that he is also a Meetan fan. So he obviously has good taste! This is the link to his site…
Meetan isn’t the only blog being covered. So far Arsencoffee has also written up Erepyon, Miichan, Acchan, Tomomi-chan, Tomochin, Reinyan and Chikarina. So what did we learn so far?
1) Meetan recommends lots of sit-ups for flatter abs.
2) She is also itching to do a little gravure modeling!!!
